Everyone faces disappointment in their lives. Everyone is going to face disappointment in their lives. Everyone struggles with it in the face of what they thought was doing right or good. In our final study of Acts, for a few months at least, we see good ole Paul have to deal with just that. His dealing with it teaches us some very important lessons for our lives. The biggest blockbuster movies right now are superhero stories. One of the reasons is that people envision having the powers that many characters display, even though we know we can never have them. This week as we get back to the book of Acts, we see that there is a power out there that is more powerful than anything else.
